1. Order Processing

  • Cut-off time: Noon PT, Monday – Friday.
  • Handling time: 1–2 business days before an order leaves our warehouse.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and the EU. Rates and transit times are calculated in real-time at checkout based on weight and destination. Customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. Transit averages 7–21 business days.

4. Free Shipping Threshold

Orders shipping to the Lower 48 that total $99 USD or more (after discounts) qualify for free Standard Shipping.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update tracking events online.

6. Address Accuracy & Changes

Verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error, contact support@vespyr.io within one hour of placing the order.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost: If tracking shows no movement for 10 days (domestic) or 30 days (international), contact us for a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll file a carrier claim and send a replacement.
  • Weather / Force Majeure: Carrier delays due to weather or events outside our control are not eligible for refunds of shipping fees.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes outside the U.S., freight forwarders, or sanctioned countries. Aerosol or hazardous items may face additional restrictions in certain regions.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may modify shipping options, prices, or carriers to stay in sync with carrier rate changes or Google Merchant requirements. Any changes will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
